Birdworld Kuranda is home to one of Australia’s largest collections of free-flying birds. Almost 60 rare and spectacular bird species from the rainforests of Australia and around the globe. Including Amazonian macaws and the endangered cassowary. Handfeeding and photo opportunities.

Conditions:
The child rates apply from 4 to 15 years old. Infants 0-3 years old carry free of charge. The family rate applies to 2 adults and 2 children.
Parrots, specially Macaws are attracted to shiny things, like jewellery. Please remove and safely store jewellery items before entering the aviary. A storage shelf is located at Admissions. Please, do not tempt the birds to grab personal items like pens, glasses, mobile phones, etc.
