Let’s Go Queensland Caravan & Camping Supershow 2025

  • Brisbane Showgrounds
  • 4 – 8 June 2025
  • 38,159 attendees, up from 32,199 in 2024
Attendance at the annual Brisbane show increased by 18.5% with reports of record-breaking sales affirming the continued strength of the Queensland RV industry. The Drive Queensland stand is well known with the publications and map constantly referred to by attendees as a great way to help with planning a trip, while the Drive Queensland website was especially useful for people looking for new regions and experiences to try.

In keeping with the experience from previous shows, there was a mixed demographic across the four days with older people on weekdays and families and younger couples on weekend. Holiday departure times varied with an even split of people travelling within the next month and those still in the planning stage. Families, young couples and grey nomads were also looking for short trips close to Brisbane.

An increasing number of solo female travellers attended and were interested in the Outback. Quite a few couples said their children were old enough that they could now use their long service leave for an extended adventure, while some families were planning on all three generations travelling together on shorter Queensland camping trips.

All Queensland regions were popular with inquiries for maps from all areas. The fastest moving brochures were Capricorn Coast, Tropical North Queensland, Cape York, Wellness Way, Dinosaur Trail, and the Great Inland Way. Hughenden, Charters Towers, Birdsville, Townsville, Gympie, Bowen and Fraser were popular with lots of questions about Cameron’s Corner and Thargomindah. There were also questions about the best roads to the Northern Territory from Queensland.

There was an increasing number of inquiries about the events calendar for 2025 and 2026 and many were seeking caravan park brochures. A few questions were asked about pet friendly places and there was a lot of interest in national parks.

As well as the many compliments from visitors about the stand, information and maps, other stallholders commented on Drive Queensland’s great job of engaging with visitors.

The Epic Queensland ‘Festiventure’ competition attracted 374 entries with Luke T. winning a VIP package including 2 adult tickets and large unpowered campsite at Savannah in the Round, a 20L myCOOLMAN Fridge/Freezer including power pack and a Ringers Western Gift Pack.
