• 1 block halloumi, cut into chunks
• 2 ripe peaches or nectarines, thick wedges
• Prosciutto slices, torn in half
• Olive oil
• Cracked pepper
• Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
• Lemon wedges or balsamic glaze (optional drizzle)
